You can't access your account because the international phone nu.ber is not a cepted by the software. You are automatically get locked and Your money in the account beco.es not accessible. Your money is hostaged by their software you are locked out especially if you forgot your password and software doesn't let you access your account, locks your cards too

This is about a refund that Mercado Libre returned on the 11th of September 2024! The bank stated I must wait 31 days.
Today, the 11th of November, is the 31st day. I took all the evidence to the bank and was told there is nothing BBVA can do. I must wait indefinitely, as per the officer that was serving me! Also, BBVA refused to sign a direct deposit needed for my retirement deposit.
It appears that BBVA is no longer Bancomer! It's time to change banks to HSBC!

Request for Refund, Account Closure, and Complaint
Dear BBVA Support Team,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the treatment I have received from your institution. The level of service I have encountered has been nothing short of infuriating and unacceptable.
Despite my repeated efforts to resolve the issue, my loan funds remain unreleased, causing me considerable distress. This has led to the accumulation of interest on a loan I secured from a third party. Your failure to process these funds in a timely manner has resulted in significant inconvenience and financial strain.
Due to the appalling service and lack of resolution, I am formally requesting a full refund of all my funds. Please close my account immediately. I would prefer my total funds to be either mailed to me via check or transferred to my IBAN at another institution of my choice.
Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed by what seems to be a disregard for customer service and, potentially, discriminatory behavior. I have collected and submitted evidence to security personnel to demonstrate how poorly I have been treated, which raises serious concerns about the treatment of customers.
I intend to leave negative reviews and report this incident to the relevant authorities if this issue is not resolved promptly. Your attention to this matter is urgently needed.

Your software is not user friendly and your phone customer service agents cannot fix the problem. You need to update your software to a user friendly version so that International customer can access their accounts without going to turkey. Otherwise you are holding our money hostage.

The crefit manager helped me enter my information because I couldn't I couldn't on their website. My cadb spp user name was incorrectly entered.
The bank then told me I have to pay $125 for this mistake no where dioes it mention anything about theiristake fee. The bank barely showed me their mistake protocol today. Adtet finding out out the transition. The crefit manager mor the credit customer person helped it had vern 6 hours since they responded they would look into up to now no response only telling me they would talk to the bank I guess the must be pretty busy.
BBVA staff are not professional it seems that it bothers them when it comes to help customers. Cannot believe aftet 7 hours still waiting for response maybe I we I'll get one in the morning who knows how they feel tomorrow to work or not to work.

Bank helps scammers
I fell victim to a well known scam, called the CORREOS scam. The scammers were able to create a sansung pay account with my card details, however they never had my Biometrics, IE.
No PIN code, no thumb print, no face scan. I notified the bank as soon as i saw the fruadulent charges, then went to the `police to file a danuncia. I took all this imformation to the bank with copies phone number etc.. I was recieving chemo therapy treatments in the Costa Del Sol Hospital in Marbella at the times the charges were made i n Barcelona.
I know I did not scam myself, and BBVA knows this as well, howerver they chose to ignore, belittle and accuse me of the fraud.
This is the worst bank in Spain with the worst cutomer service in all of europe. Stay AWAY

Not too big of a bank. I first got this bank cause it was the closest bank to where my cousin lived. I was living with her
The bank was okay but then I had issues with my cousin and I had to leave that area rather fast after they tried turning my family against me. I never saw too much of this bank anywhere Ive lived after I became an adult.
Being I California I dont think I come across any.
I dont go further in though. I live in Mexico and I cant afford venturing too far in the states too in.

I need information on my account
Very disappointed not even one number listed works I havent be able to talk anyone for about two weeks. 180*-*** **** is been change to 180*-***-**** and is a number for Chase bank not BBVA.
I just can believe it how bad it is not having time to update the new numbers on the web or in the app. Is a headache.
Trying to reach a living person
Was trying to call to see if I owed any money and/or what my line of credit is. WHAT A FLIPPING NIGHTMARE!.
I must've called 6 or 7 different numbers to no avail.
I finally gave up, cut the card up in 10 pieces and called it a day. *** BBVA.
